Sir,
      Most respectfully, i state that i have been suffering from fever since last Friday . i remained hospitalized for a week because the attack was quite severe. As the illness has badly affected my health, the doctors have advised me to take a complete bed rest for four weeks .
      that's why i am unable to come to the college. it is therefore requested , that my leave for a  month ma kindly be marked on the college register . i shall the college son as i regain my health . i have attached medical certificate with the application.
