Dear alam,

               I have only just heard of your brother that you have been lying ill in the hospital for the last ten days. i am extremely sorry. if i had know, i should have written before. but i am glad to know that the worst is now over, and you are much better. you brother says that he saw you the other day, and you were quite comfortable and careful.

               I hope you will soon be all right, and coming out again . As soon as you can, write and let me know how you are.
